Returns & Exchanges

All our pieces are handmade to order in the size you choose, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for a ring size selected by the buyer.

Before shipping, every piece is carefully inspected, and we send you a photo of your ring on the ring mandrel showing the exact size you ordered.

Damaged or defective items

If your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at julianezequielleguizamon96@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging, and we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
